Pilatesflows is a movement method developed by Pascale Blunier that combines Pilates with principles from physiotherapy, osteopathy and recent studies on fascia. No machinery is needed to practice it, just roll out a mat and you're done. Pilatesflows and Flowers
A two-hour session where you’ll have the opportunity to create your own floral arrangement and take a meditative Pilatesflows class with theme connected to your arrangement. As shown in the PDF below, each session will have a specific theme. With guidance from Arianna and Lucia (from Hanami Fiori&Deco), you’ll create your own floral arrangement (see examples in the PDF). And as a memory of the event you will be able to bring home what you have crafted with love. I will guide you through a Primrose Flow class—a meditative Pilatesflows session. The class will be structured around the week’s theme. Using the foundation of Pilatesflows, the movements will help you cultivate your well-being, and you’ll also have the opportunity to anchor the session’s theme even more deeply within your body (through meditation and other exercises). Summer classes
Take advantage of our Summer classes to stay active even during the Summer! Maybe this is the perfect opportunity to try something new and let yourself be surprised. They’re also perfect for athletes who want to rebalance their bodies, become more aware of them, and consequently improve in their sport. However, the course is also suitable for more sedentary and “less fit” people who want to challenge themselves and take care of their bodies. Classes will be tailored to the group, and for all complicated exercises, simpler variations will always be offered. I look forward to seeing you!
Meditative Pilatesflows
An early morning workout to start the day by carving out some time for yourself. Each class is built around a theme for reflection, which is then paired with a sequence of exercises to reinforce the message and work on it with the body. The body listens and absorbs everything we experience, and with this approach, we make it easier for the body to transform, let go, feel our strength, and take up our space. Primrose Flow combines movement and reflection, based on Pilates flows, but also incorporating elements of meditation, dance, yoga, and more. For those following the course from home, all you need is the space for your mat.

Lantana Flow - course to work on explosive and endurance strength, cardio, mobility, balance,...
A course suitable for those who want to train in company with bodyweight exercises. The lessons are prepared creatively with exercises that vary regularly and allow you to work on various aspects such as endurance, explosive strength, balance, control, mobility, etc. A dynamic course where you move around the space, sweat, and work hard together while having fun. It is inspired by various forms of movement such as Pilatesflows, GAG, yoga, dance, etc.
Intense and dynamic
is a Pilatesflows workout that combines strength and precision with a more intense sequence and more complex movements. The course offers the opportunity to work on more complex movements with precision and quality, requiring greater strength and good stability. The goals are to strengthen deep muscles, promote flexibility and feel revitalised and grounded at the end of the course.
Soft and effective
Is a complete Pilatesflows workout at a leisurely pace to feel the body and perform the movements correctly. The class is guided very calmly, allowing you to work with greater body awareness by rebalancing the entire body. The goals are to let go of unnecessary tension in the body, strengthen it and make it more flexible, also leading to improvements in posture.
Senior - over 65
Is a complete Pilatesflows workout at a leisurely pace to feel the body and perform the movements correctly. The class is guided very calmly, allowing you to work with greater body awareness by rebalancing the entire body. The goals are to work on maintaining present physical abilities and where possible improving them. Balance and strength will be worked on, without neglecting mobility and breathing.
Postnatal and pregnancy course
According to the Pilatesflows method, this course is suitable post-natal, for rebuilding the pelvic floor, and for those who want to start with Pilatesflows during pregnancy. The course is a package of 10 lessons, at the end of which, if you wish, you can continue in another Pilatesflows course (recommended for pregnant women the Camellia flow). During these 8 weeks you will be able to carve out time for yourself where you can breathe, concentrate and give attention to your body, strengthen it, relax it,... all in harmony. The goals of the course are to strengthen and relax the pelvic floor, restore balance in the entire body, strengthen the deep muscles and treat yourself to a moment of wellbeing for yourself.
